About the P.E.A.R.L.S. Debutante Scholarship ProgramThe P.E.A.R.L.S. Debutante Scholarship Program, hosted by P.E.A.R.L.S. Mentoring for Girls, Inc., is an extension of our mission to celebrate and empower active high school seniors within our organization. These young women have already demonstrated their commitment to excellence through participation in the program’s mentorship activities, community service, and leadership development.

As dedicated members of P.E.A.R.L.S. Mentoring for Girls, Inc., our debutantes embody the core values of the organization: purpose, empowerment, awareness, resilience, leadership, and service. The scholarship program serves as a platform to recognize their accomplishments and further prepare them for success beyond high school.
The program culminates in the P.E.A.R.L.S. Inaugural Debutante Scholarship Gala, where debutantes are presented to society and celebrated for their dedication and achievements. Scholarships, including the P.E.A.R.L.S. Legacy Scholarship, are awarded to participants who embody the spirit of the organization and have successfully met program expectations.
This program honors the journey these young women have taken as P.E.A.R.L.S. members and marks a significant milestone in their paths to excellence and empowerment.
