Qua’Dasjiah E. Williams is a first year member of the Holmes County Chapter of P.E.A.R.L.S. Mentoring for Girls, Inc. in Lexington, MS. She is the daughter of Ms. Virginia Williams and her mentor is Holmes County Chapter Advisor Michelle Webb. She is currently a Senior at Holmes County Central High School where she holds a 2.99 grade point average. In the future, she plans on attending Holmes Community College, Miles College, Tougaloo College, or Alcorn State University. She aspires to be a physical therapist or laboratory technician.

When asked why she loves P.E.A.R.L.S. she replied, "One of our P.E.A.R.L.S. Values is empathy. With empathy we get a chance to help people and see how other people live. We learn to treat the janitor the same as we would the C.E.O. I've learned a lot about sisterhood and meeting other girls in our organization.
